I’m a baker at heart, and one of the very first treats I started baking was cookies. They’re quick, they’re easy. They are fun and inexpensive to make and super easy to grab on the go. No cutting a slice and grabbing a plate. Just quick and easy to munch on.
I didn’t realize just how many different cookie recipes I had until I found out today was National Cookie Day, in December, which also happens to be one of the biggest months for cookie gift giving. So I decided to grab all my cookie recipes and share them in one place. I also have about 3 more recipes I plan on sharing in the next week, so I’ll probably be updating this post often with more cookie recipes.
I can’t help it, I just can’t quit the cookies. Cookies are my JAM. Ha!
A few of these recipes are pretty classic, like chocolate chip cookies or peanut butter cookies. Some of them are a little more intricate and have more flavors and varieties. Then there’s a few that are cookie cups and have some filling options you can switch up. I also have one that’s a cookie in a skillet, with fun topping ideas. There’s a cookie for every occasion and event.
