Pinterest is a wonderful collective to peruse in order to find inspiration and ideas about things you never would have known existed. I love to see various ideas about just about anything, some of my favorites being ideas for the home, DIY, refinishing old items into something fresh and new. Of course, food and recipes are a huge interest to me when it comes to Pinterest, and there is so much to see!
This particular idea came from a pin that led to this recipe. I did change just a few things from the original recipe, some measurements were changed and ingredients were switched around.
This bread is delicious! It rivals Red Lobster and their infamous cheesy biscuits in taste. I’ve served them quite a few times, and most recently have served them with my Deviled Chicken in White Wine Sauce and my Ground Turkey Meatloaf, but they are also great with spaghetti, fish, or really just about anything. I can never make enough of this, each time I make it the entire ring is gone within an hour! They are very addicting, definitely a crowd pleaser and the kids just LOVE them!
Ingredients:
- 1 can Pillsbury Refrigerated Grands Homestyle Buttermilk Biscuits
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter or margarine
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon italian bread crumbs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease or spray a bundt pan, and add the butter. Place the pan in the oven while it’s preheating to melt the butter. |
While butter is melting cut each uncooked biscuit into fourths, then combine in a bowl with both cheese, bread crumbs and garlic. Mix until each biscuit piece is covered with the mixture. |
Arrange the biscuit pieces in the bundt pan over the melted butter. Sprinkle any of the leftover mixture from the bowl over the top, then place in oven for about 20 minutes until biscuits are golden. |
Once done, let cool. Then turn out onto a serving dish. |
Irresistable! I couldn’t even wait to take a picture before we started eating! |
Enjoy! |

I don’t have a bundt pan. But I want one. I’m ready to run to Macy’s in the snow storm to buy one.
Seriously.
I. NEED. THIS.
From the Kitchen of Mama Harris says
Oh my, you definitely need a bundt pan, it’s one of my favorite kitchen items! But don’t compromise your safety! I hope you waited until the storm cleared!
