As I continue this program, I’m very excited and motivated. The way the plan is written and the various options keeps things fresh and new. I’m not a soda or a juice drinker, I love colorful dishes with a lot of fresh and nutritious ingredients, but I also like a bit of pasta, rice or breads as well. Q: What was the most surprising discovery when you were researching scientific data for the diet?

A: That almost everything my college education and certifications taught me was NOT grounded in published scientific research.

Q: You’re a six-time best selling author, what is different about this book compared to your others?

A: Although many of the concepts are similar, the biggest difference is that you don’t have to deprive yourself of your favorite foods. You don’t have to deal with the burden of eating every few hours. And you don’t have to skip the carbs at dinnertime or avoid eating before bed.
