One of my favorite desserts, besides cookies, is pie. I prefer pie over cake even. Something about the crust, and the filling. The no bake filling or the the baked pies, and then you can top them with whipped cream, meringue, or a combination of many other toppings. I was writing recipes this week for Thanksgiving next week, and realized I don’t have very many pie recipes on my site, especially for the holidays. So I went searching for some Fall and Winter themed pies that are perfect for Thanksgiving or Christmas and I found some really amazing recipes. I decided to share these with you, because they are all just too good to keep to myself. I hope you enjoy, and I’d love to have all of these pies on my dessert table this holiday season!
