Dear August,
Is it that time of year already? It feels like summer just began. Hard to believe school will be starting in just a few weeks. We’ll have a freshman, an 8th grader, and a prekindergarten student. Crazy how time flies!
Dear Baskets of Laundry,
Is it possible you could wash and fold yourself? I’m so over you!
Dear RiRi,
Thank you for joining me last night, I had such a great “girls night” with you on our little adventure! Gonna do it more often. <3
Dear Big G,
Thank you for staying with the boys last night so RiRi and I could have our girl time! I’m looking forward to a lot of things with you in the coming months, as well as our new ventures leading into the new year!
Dear D-Man and RoRo,
I love seeing your bond with one another grow and develop as you get older. D-Man I see you proud of RoRo when he accomplishes something new, and your concern when he gets hurt. RoRo, I see how you look up to your big brother D-Man, and the affection you give him. The camaraderie the two of you have, even when getting into mischief, is something I always wished for as a child. As an only child, I longed to have a sibling to be close to and share secrets and memories with. All my kids are so blessed to have each other. 🙂

Also, if you haven’t checked out my review of my new Ninja Kitchen System, go take a look! It’s become my most used kitchen item and definitely my new BFF! This week I also posted a delicious recipe for my Buffalo Chicken Casserole and it’s a true favorite of mine.
Last, but not least, I want to thank everyone that’s been voting for me in the Top 25 Northern California Mom Bloggers Contest. So far I’m in the top 25, but I need your votes daily to keep me there and secure my spot! Thank you so much!

It’s fun to watch them grow together.
Boobie and RiRi were over 5 years apart and it was a different dynamic. He helped me a lot, and he was starting kindergarten the Fall after she was born. But RoRo and D-Man are only about 26 months apart. When RoRo was first born that seemed so far apart but as RoRo gets bigger and does more learning and exploring they’ve begun to have so much more to share. It’s so fun to watch. Big G and I were both only children so we watch the relationship develop and live vicariously through them. 🙂
