I have to admit, I love a good challenge. One of my favorite pastimes is cooking and experimenting in the kitchen, so when I was given the opportunity to come up with a few recipes for Tyson Any’tizer Boneless Chicken Wyngz I was excited! These little chunks of chicken come in a variety of flavors that stand wonderfully alone or even with a special dipping sauce, so I decided to create a meal out of each of the two flavors I tried. With an open mind, I tried each flavor first, then decided how I would use them in a recipe.
|For my second recipe, I decided to make a big, colorful taco salad. I created a creamy dipping sauce that is also great alone with the Mango Habanero Wyngz and included it with my Mango Salsa for this dish. The Mango Habanero flavor does have a kick of spice, but the mango taste sweetens it out. I thought it would go perfectly with my mango salsa and the creaminess of my sour cream based sauce rounds it out, but that also has a kick of it’s own. The salad pictured is big enough to be considered two servings.|
