Friday Letters – March 29, 2013

Dear Older Kids,
Today is the first day of Spring Break!! I’m so happy you guys will be out of school for the next 10 days! I know there’s some moms out there that love getting that break from their kids and sending them off to school, but I live for the days and weeks when it’s Christmas Break, Spring Break, and Summer Break. I love having my whole family with me, and doing projects around the house, making treats for all my babies, and getting to do fun things both in and out of the house. Of course the younger boys love having their older siblings with us too, so yayy for Spring Break!!

Dear Writers, Actors, Producers, and all involved in the making of the show, Scandal,
How I love thee! This is show is my new obsession! Big G recently discovered this show one night while browsing on our netflix. We got through all of season one, and looked at our OnDemand for cable and it only goes back to the middle of season 2. So we are obsessed with watching Season 2 from the beginning before we catch up to the end. We have literally sat and watched 5 episodes back to back in order to catch up! Last night I found the first half of season 2 online, and I watched 3 episodes in a row! I have to catch up because I see Season 2 is actually almost over in real life time! LOL! How many of you love this show? And why didn’t anyone tell me how GOOD it was?!

Dear Easter,
You’re sneaky this year, you snuck up on me fast! To be honest, we aren’t too prepared for you, but I will be making some yummy spiral ham and a few sides and we have some crafts to do with the kids and I plan on telling them the true meaning of Easter.

Dear Month of April,
You are always a busy one for me! RoRo and RiRi’s birthdays, our wedding anniversary, my father’s birthday and quite a few of my friends as well! Fun times!
