During this session he will cook four of his delicious recipes and you will get your own scrumptious sample of each one! You get to learn from the master as he shares tips on how to prepare some of his award winning dishes.
Chef Rick Bayless is most well known as the winner for “Bravo’s Top Chef Master” with his authentic Mexican cuisine. He is also a recipient of multiple awards, including “Midwest Chef of the Year”, “National Chef of the Year”, and “Humanitarian of the Year”. He and his staff began the Frontera Farmer Foundation in 2003 to attract support for small Midwestern farms which helps capital improvement for the farmers and their families.
I love Rick’s approach to Mexican cuisine. Being that I live in California where Mexican food is plentiful, it’s great to have a chef that shows you how to make flavorful and delicious Mexican cuisine that also tastes authentic and full of flavor. Not only that, his recipes have a quality to them that makes them seems attainable without being overly complex. I do love that, whether he’s creating tacos or a salad the ingredients are simple, fresh, and attainable.
