With New Year’s Eve right around the corner, many of us are thinking back to our Holiday eating habits and ready for a change. I know I am! I think I’ve had a dozen too many cookies this season, and it’s time to get back on track!
The number one New Year’s Resolution from most people every year is to eat better, exercise, and lose weight. Just sometimes it seems too difficult, or meal planning with a large family seems exhausting. Or perhaps it just seems too expensive.
There’s so many reasons (and excuses) why it doesn’t work out, and people (like myself) always end up going back to their same eating habits.
eMeals has something different though! You log in, pick a plan based on your eating style, family size, or even your favorite grocery store. Then, every week your meal plans will arrive directly to your inbox. Each meal plan will include 7 easy and creative dinner recipes. Each dinner recipe will include an entree and side dishes.
The great thing is that with each meal plan you receive, you’ll also receive a grocery list for the week to shop for the ingredients for these delicious recipes! The grocery list is listed by section, and is actually based on the sale prices of your favorite grocery stores!
With eMeals you get healthy and delicious recipes delivered right to your inbox, with the convenience of a shopping list based on sale prices. So you’ll be able to save on your grocery bill too!
And just by reading this post on my blog, if you sign up now you can get 15% off your meal planning system with coupon code “2013“. That’s even more savings for you!
I am looking forward to my 3 month subscription, I plan to share some of my favorite recipes with you! Here’s to a New Year, and a New You!
eMeals offers over 50 delicious meal plans and corresponding grocery lists every week based on food style preferences, family size and the current sales at selected grocery stores. Do you know when the coupon code will expire? I am really interested in doing this (we have a newborn on the way (Jan 2nd) and the less planning we have to do the better) that being said I really want to make sure I have enough for bills and anything baby might need before I can purchase.
Thank you,

Hi Victoria! It actually doesn’t say on the information I received, but when I did a quick internet search it looks like their coupon codes are usually good for 2-3 months, and it looks like they have many different codes available. It’s very reasonably priced too!
