Ingredients for Three Cheese Garlic-Herb Drop Biscuits:
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • ½ tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon dry minced garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup cold cubed salted butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup pepper jack cheese
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ teaspoon dry basil
  • ½ teaspoon dry parsley
  • ½ teaspoon dry oregano
  • ½ teaspoon freeze dried dill
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons cold milk
Ingredients for Melted Butter:
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon dry basil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon smoked paprika
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. add the flour, baking powder, sugar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dry minced garlic, cream of tartar and salt to a medium mixing bowl. Sift together.
  3. Add the cold butter and cut into it with a pastry cutter, then stir in garlic, cheese and herbs.
  4. Once combined, add milk and stir until just incorporated.
  5. Drop mixture on pan using a large tablespoon or ice cream scoop, then bake in preheated oven for about 12-14 minutes.
  6. Mix together melted butter, dry basil, garlic powder and smoked paprika. Brush over tops of biscuits, and add them back to the oven for another two minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, allow to cool for a few minutes, then serve.
  8. Enjoy!
